The submission period for FALL 2024 is NOW Open.

Fall Service Hours are due by 11:59 pm on December 20, 2024.  

Congratulations on completing service to your campus and community. Your involvement impacts your academic success and the community.

Please submit all hours no later than FRIDAY December 20, 2024 BEFORE 11:59 PM.  Condense your hours as much as possible (e.g. ICC meetings for entire semester = 14 hours). This includes any hours you completed over the summer on behalf of club or campus community.

PLEASE NOTE:  ONLY 8 HOURS PER DAY PER EVENT CAN BE CLAIMED FOR SERVICE HOURS.  FOR EXAMPLE, YOU ARE AT A 3 DAY CONFERENCE.  THE MOST YOU CAN CLAIM PER DAY IS 8 HOURS. 

DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO LOG YOUR HOURS - THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSION! YOU RISK THE CHANCE OF THEM NOT BEING APPROVED AND COUNTED. Anyone who is not rostered, or how has not submitted the minimum hours, is also not eligible to be nominated for individual club awards. 

ALSO, MAKE SURE YOU SEND YOUR HOURS TO YOUR CLUB ADVISOR (MEGAN BOTTOMS AND/OR DEBORAH HALL CANNOT APPROVE HOURS WHERE THEY WERE NOT PRESENT)

The website has changed.  You will see when you select your club, an automatic advisor approver will drop into the menu when you submit your volunteer hours.  You need to select the individual or advisor who can verify your hours. If you select someone who cannot verify that your hours were completed, they can decline your hours. If you need to change who the approver is, please contact Student Activities studentactivites@rcc.edu

You will receive an invite if you submit 50 or more approved hours:

• 50-99 for the academic year -- Bronze Award
• 100-199 for the academic year -- Silver Award
• 200 and above for the academic year -- Gold Award
• 200 hours for each semester (Fall and Spring) -- Platinum Award 

**Please make sure you are listed on your club/organization/team/group roster that is submitted to Student Life and Leadership. If you are not a member of their official roster, your hours will not qualify. Anyone who is not rostered, or how has not submitted the minimum hours, is also not eligible to be nominated for individual club awards **

Please keep an eye out on for exciting banquet information where eligible students will receive awards for their hours. The banquet is tentatively scheduled for Friday May 25, 2025 at 6 pm at the Marina Banquet and Events Center.
