You can submit hours for Fall 2019 beginning August 26, 2019.
Congratulations on completing service to campus and community. Your involvement impacts your academic success and the community.
FALL hours MUST BE submitted online by Wednesday, November 27, 2019 BEFORE 11:59 PM. NOTE: THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE BANQUET FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR. The banquet will be held on Friday, May 29. Condense your hours as much as possible (e.g. ICC meetings for entire semester = 14 hours).
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 8 HOURS PER DAY CAN BE CLAIMED FOR SERVICE HOURS. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO LOG YOUR HOURS! YOU RISK THE CHANCE OF THEM NOT BEING APPROVED AND COUNTED.
The website has changed. You will see a list of approvers in the drop down menu when you submit your volunteer hours. You need to select the individual or advisor who can verify your hours. If you select someone who cannot verify that your hours were completed, they can decline your hours.
You will receive an invite if you submit 100 or more approved hours:
- 100-199 for the academic year -- Bronze Award
- 200-399 for the academic year -- Silver
- 400+ for the academic year -- Gold
- 200 hours for each semester (Fall and Spring) -- Platinum Award
