PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT CHANGES
Service Hours are due by 11:59 pm on December 3, 2021.
Congratulations on completing service to your campus and community. Your involvement impacts your academic success and the community.
FALL hours MUST BE submitted online by December 3, 2021 BEFORE 11:59 PM. Condense your hours as much as possible (e.g. ICC meetings for entire semester = 14 hours). The Awards Banquet will be in May, 2022 so please watch your email for banquet info.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 8 HOURS PER DAY PER EVENT CAN BE CLAIMED FOR SERVICE HOURS. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO LOG YOUR HOURS! YOU RISK THE CHANCE OF THEM NOT BEING APPROVED AND COUNTED.
The website has changed. You will see a list of approvers in the drop down menu when you submit your volunteer hours. You need to select the individual or advisor who can verify your hours. If you select someone who cannot verify that your hours were completed, they can decline your hours.
You will receive an invite if you submit 50 or more approved hours:
- 50-99 for the academic year -- Bronze Award
- 100-199 for the academic year -- Silver
- 200 and above for the academic year -- Gold
- 200 hours for each semester (Fall and Spring) -- Platinum Award
